Caernarfon Award heads to NZ again Glenn Kiernan National Manager of In-line Drilling has secured the Caernarfon Award for "best international technical paper presented at conference". IOQNZ President, Gavin Hartley is currently in Hong Kong for the IOQ International Presidents meeting. "It's a great honour for Glenn and a great honour for New Zealand", he said. more details. .
